Jay Rosenzweig, the founding partner of Rosenzweig & Company, is an expert in designing, building and attracting world class teams. He consults to public and private companies including large global corporations; emerging growth to mid-sized businesses; professional services firms; and private equity and venture capital firms. Prior to joining the search industry, Jay was in the field of law. Jay earned three degrees at McGill University: Philosophy, Civil Law, and Common Law. In addition, he completed the Harvard Law School Negotiation Program, taught by expert negotiator Roger Fisher, author of Getting To Yes.
Jay has been immersed in global human rights causes for well over two decades. He is an active board member of Irwin Cotler’s Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, and has been internationally recognized for the Annual Rosenzweig Report on equality, which he has published for the past 15 years. He is a partner in the fast growing, global #movethedial movement, designed to advance women in technology.

Jay is an avid songwriter, having collaborated with well-known recording artists and written original music for each member of his family.
